Lead-acid battery terminal adhesive JFE-628 consists of Component A (available in red, black, or blue) and Component B, a light brown liquid. It is mixed in a weight ratio of 100:30 (A:B). This adhesive features low viscosity for easy application and fast curing speed. After high-temperature curing, it provides excellent sealing performance and strong bonding to lead. It also offers high acid resistance and a high glass transition temperature. When fully cured, its hardness can exceed 70 under constant temperature of 60°C, forming a smooth, bubble-free surface.
